Toby is incredibly passionate about great food. As head chef, he oversees both chalet hotels whilst one of his chefs heads up the team based in the Soleil d’Or.
Toby has really made his culinary mark during his seven seasons with the company and the quality of the meals served in the chalets is a major talking point amongst guests.
Toby has an impressive history. He trained at Claridges, has worked in internationally renowned boutique hotels and at The Glasshouse in Kew, which holds a Michelin star.
“With the Hotel Chalet d’Antoine now open during the summer months, I’ve been in resort certain weeks and been able to source some great local produce for the coming winter, Toby says.
