Accommodation

Guests have a choice of two chalets - Hotel Chalet d’Antoine and the Soleil d’Or - both conveniently located close to the town centre and Chamois lift station.  The chalets are managed and run by dedicated team members, many of whom return each year.  Individuals are selected because they hold relevant qualifications - and because of their personalities and enthusiasm. Consistency and quality play an important part in making this holiday special.

Chalet staff have one day off a week (usually Thursday) when breakfast is laid out for self-service.  This opens up a great opportunity for guests to eat out in the evening at one of the many fine restaurants in town.

As a courtesy to other guests, Simon Butler Skiing politely asks parents to ensure children behave appropriately, especially during meal times and in the evenings when people want to relax.  There is a nanny service for parents with younger children, or children who do not want to ski.

We have FREE Wi-Fi internet access in both Chalets.

Additional photos of both Chalets can be found in the Photo Gallery.

Soleil d’Or

A firm favourite with many guests, the Soleil d’Or has 31 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities and telephones.  Rooms range from twins and doubles to triples and quadruples for family groups.  Most rooms have balconies.  The chalet has a comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, a bar, large dining room, lecture room with video and satellite TV, massage room, and ski and boot rooms.  The Soleil d’Or has a games room and crèche so is ideal for families with children.  Recent upgrades have created a modern, bright interior designed to meet the needs of skiing guests.
